For 20 years, my practice has focused on helping individuals and couples repair their relationships. I will provide you with the knowledge and expertise to help you reconnect and manage fights, so that you will continue to share a meaningful future.
My style of couple counseling conveys empathy, collaboration and objectivity. Couples who come for therapy feel heard and supported. They feel validated. Their pain and issues are dealt with care and fairness.

My advanced training includes the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and the Prepare/Enrich premarital and couples assessment program,
allowing me to tailor treatment to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each couple.

Following therapy, couples feel more connected, loving, and bonded. They identify problems more quickly, learn to prevent conflicts from escalating, regulate disagreements more effectively, and repair conflicts with greater confidence.

Following therapy, couples feel more confident in their pursuits of a happy togetherness.

Prior to counseling, I practiced as a midwife and a nurse and lactation consultant, working with couple and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and different settings. This has led me to the awareness of the need to help people holistically.
