About

Do you feel sad, anxious, or unmotivated? Were you a trauma victim? Are you having problems communicating with your spouse or partner? Do you feel stuck in a relationship? A troubling affair? Do you want a more meaningful life? My first goal will be to come to know you, understand your situation and your hopes. In the first few sessions, working together, we will develop a detailed plan for change, with focused steps, beginning right away, to help you make important progress.

I like to work with individuals, couples and teens, and I welcome cultural and personal diversity. With compassion, intuition, and humor, I help couples learn tested skills to transform gridlocked communication to shared understanding, compromise, and realistic visions for the future.

I bring long experience and research-based approaches to couples work. In addition to being a Gottman Method Couples' Therapist, I also offer EMDR to release trauma rapidly. I can help you gain control over upsetting symptoms, meet challenges, and realize your potential. If you want an active, focused therapist, please call.
