Hello! I have a passion for working with couples. I provide effective therapy services in a safe and caring environment that promotes personal growth, couples growth, health, happiness and spiritual well-being. My goal is to earn your trust through creating and providing a non-judgmental, supportive space to explore understanding.

I'm very excited to be a part of the Gottman network because I have seen it transform relationships with either a reset button or developing an entirely new relationship! It truly is tool therapy and not just talk therapy! We can work together to better understand difficult situations, learn why your partner thinks or does what they do and resolve challenges through that understanding. I am committed to helping you navigate and deepen your relationship with yourself and your partner.

I love learning, laughing and growing through life. I enjoy helping couples find peace and not just exist but thrive in their relationship! When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 4 children.
