Many couples come to me feeling like strangers to each other — exhausted by conflict, disconnected from the love that once came naturally, or trying to recover from a betrayal that shook everything. My job is to help you find your way back to what brought you together in the first place.
I bring 20+ years of experience, and an approach that is as unique as you are. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — every technique, every tool I use adapts to your needs, not the other way around. I combine the proven relationship-building framework of the Gottman Method with the deeper healing power of EMDR, so we can work on both the patterns that keep you stuck and the wounds beneath them. I am also trained in IFS, Somatic, and Polyvagal approaches, which means I have a wide toolkit to draw from.
I am direct, I use humor, and I will not shy away from telling you what I see. But above all, I genuinely care — about understanding where you are coming from, and about helping you get where you want to go.
