About
If you and your partner have been living more like roommates than lovers, or if you're navigating mismatched desire, growing distance, or a rupture in trust - you don't have to keep hoping it resolves on its own.
I work with couples and individuals facing the kinds of struggles that are hard to name out loud: wanting different things sexually, feeling disconnected after kids or major life transitions, recovering from betrayal, or simply not knowing how to get back to each other. I also specialize in women's sexual health concerns, including pain, low desire, and the ways our bodies change across the lifespan.
My approach combines Gottman Method couples therapy with specialized sex therapy training as a Board Certified Sex Therapist. That means we go beyond communication exercises into the deeper dynamics of trust, conflict, and lasting connection — with the science to back it up.
My practice is fully telehealth via HIPAA-compliant Zoom — no commute, no waiting room, and the comfort of your own space. For sensitive topics, many clients actually find it easier to open up this way. Research supports telehealth as equally effective to in-person therapy.
I'm licensed in New York, Connecticut, and Michigan. Visit my website to learn more, or schedule your free consultation using the booking link above.
