I'm Paula Kirsch, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Sex Therapist specializing in sex therapy, couples counseling, and trauma. I work with individuals and couples navigating desire discrepancy, intimacy disconnection, and women's sexual health concerns, bringing both clinical rigor and genuine human warmth to every session.

I am Gottman Level II trained, which means I work with couples using one of the most research-grounded frameworks in the field, going beyond communication skills into the deeper dynamics of trust, conflict, and connection.

My practice is fully telehealth via HIPAA-compliant Zoom, which means no commute, no waiting room, and the privacy of your own space. Research consistently supports telehealth as equally effective to in-person therapy, and for sensitive topics, many clients find it easier.
