As someone who has personally experienced the journey of immigration, I understand how cultural shifts, changing roles, and unspoken expectations can quietly strain a relationship. I work with immigrant and multicultural couples who feel disconnected, misunderstood, or overwhelmed by the stress of adapting to a new life.

My approach is warm, structured, and practical. I use the Gottman Method, along with DBT and Solution-Focused strategies, to help couples communicate more clearly, manage emotions, and bridge cultural differences with compassion. Therapy with me is a space to be heard, to reconnect, and to rebuild your relationship with a deeper sense of understanding—of yourself and each other.
