About
I am a former soccer player and member of The Matildas, Australian Women's Football Team, and competed at the 1999 Women's World Cup and the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
ā
I have a Master of Counselling degree and am a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). Additionally, I am Level 3 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, with a particular interest in supporting couples to strengthen their relationships, while also working with individual adults navigating personal, relational and life challenges.
Furthermore, I have an interest in helping athletes evolve out of their sporting careers. I understand how this transition, with the loss of identity and purpose, can be difficult for athletes. I have the lived experience and qualifications to be helpful in these areas.
If you're a couple wanting to deepen your relationship, an individual facing a challenging chapter, or an athlete working out what comes next, I'd love to connect.
