About

I have been working in mental health field since 2001 and in private practice since 2006. In my private practice, I enjoy working with couples.

I understand relationships are complex and they need to be nurtured. Couples can learn positive interactions and repair past hurts. Therapy helps to improve friendship, deepen emotional connection and creates change which help couples enhance their shared goals.

In my approach to Couples Therapy or Marital Therapy, I use Gottman Method. Interventions are well researched to help couples strengthen their relationships in three primary areas: · Friendship · conflict management · creation of shared meaning.

If you having difficulty communicating or feel distant from your loved one or you are contemplating whether you should be in this relationship, or intimacy is a challenge for you, or you have lost the friendship or trust in the relationship, please contact me for Couples or Relationship therapy.

I also believe therapy continues to work long after therapy has ended, if clients build their toolbox and learn to use those tools and their versatility.

I am very empathetic and non judgmental in my approach, and make my clients feel very comfortable with a strong therapeutic alliance.
