About

Relationships are one of life's greatest gifts—but they can also become one of its greatest sources of pain. Whether you're feeling stuck in the same arguments, emotionally disconnected, struggling with parenting, or wondering whether your relationship can survive, you don't have to face it alone. Healthy relationships are intentionally built through understanding, honesty, compassion, and a willingness to explore and grow together.

I am passionate about helping couples recognize unhealthy relationship patterns, reconnect, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. My work is grounded in attachment science, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based relationship research while remaining warm, collaborative, and practical. I continue pursuing advanced training in couples therapy because I believe ongoing growth helps me to provide my clients with high quality care.

As a Christian counselor, I enjoy working with couples who want to integrate their faith in counseling. My goal is never to impose my beliefs, but to meet clients where they are and incorporate their faith as a source of hope, healing, and growth.

I specialize in working with intercultural couples. My husband was born and raised in Mexico, while my family has deep roots in American culture. Like many intercultural couples, we've experienced the joys and challenges of blending different family expectations, traditions, communication styles, and perspectives. Those experiences have given me both personal appreciation and professional insight into helping couples navigate cultural differences with curiosity, respect, and teamwork.

I believe meaningful change begins when we better understand ourselves, our relationships, and the experiences that shape us. Outside the therapy office, I'm a wife of more than 15 years, a mother, an active member of my church community, and a lifelong learner. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you as you pursue healing and a stronger relationship.
