Relationships are one of life's greatest gifts—but they can also become one of its greatest sources of pain. Whether you're stuck in the same arguments, emotionally disconnected, or struggling with the effects of trauma, infidelity, or betrayal and wondering if the relationship can survive, you don't have to face it alone as a couple.

When navigating betrayal and relationship injuries, I am honored to walk alongside you through the difficult questions that can follow: "Can I ever trust you again? Can we recover from this?" When couples choose to pursue healing, I provide a safe, structured space to understand and work through what happened and begin the intentional process of rebuilding trust and connection.

More broadly, I believe healthy relationships are intentionally built through understanding, honesty, compassion, and intentional efforts to grow together. I am passionate about helping couples work on unhealthy patterns, reconnect, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. My work is grounded in attachment and trauma-informed care while remaining warm and collaborative.

If Christian faith is an important part of your relationship, I welcome the opportunity to intentionally integrate it into our work as a source of hope, healing, and growth. Faith integration is always optional and guided by couple preference. I also welcome intercultural couples and appreciate the unique experiences they bring to relationships.

I enjoy working with business owners and high-level professionals, including couples navigating the demands that leadership, responsibility, and demanding careers can place on a relationship.

Outside the therapy office, I'm a wife, mother, active member of my church, administrator in my husband's business, and a lifelong learner. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you as you pursue healing and a stronger relationship.
