I provide Telehealth to couples throughout Virginia: I work with premarital couples who are seeking to get a head start on laying a solid foundation for their marriage and future generations. I also work with married couples who “should have done this years ago” and who are ready to fight for their marriage…the right way: honestly and respectfully.

In sessions with me, couples are introduced to and then practice the marriage-affirming Gottman Relationship tools so they can begin integrating them into their daily interactions between sessions.
