I provide in-depth assessment and analysis to help pinpoint your most significant areas of friction and develop a targeted and individualized plan to set you and your partner on a path towards success. Through guided sessions, I can walk you step by step to help you develop the skills necessary to navigate conflict successfully, express your feelings more fully, and connect with one another on a deeper, more intimate level. I have received Level 2 Training in the Gottman Method.
