About
As an individual and couples counsellor, my therapeutic approach is integrative, and client/relationship-centered.
From a non-judgmental stance, I help couples gain deeper understanding of recurring challenges and maladaptive patterns.
With the Gottman Method theory and interventions as an evidence-based roadmap, I work with couples to change the way they interact and relate with one another in order to achieve longevity and better quality of relationship.
I have completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I offer in-person and online counselling options.
