About
I am a humanistic psychologist specializing in working with couples and families. I utilize the Gottman method, applying Gottman's research backed methods and interventions. I encourage individuals in the relationship to rebuild trust and commitment in their relationship, reconnect and build on their relationship as friends and romantic partners, explore how conflict is managed, work on building better communication skills, and establish a vision for their future together and how they can support each other in making their life dreams come true. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for couples to share their honest thoughts and emotions with each other in a way so that better understanding can be achieved. With greater understanding comes compassion and a vision for how to proceed in creating the relationship each member wants while also being able to stay true to who they each are as an individuals.
