Working from the identified treatment plan, Dr. Rudd will lead you and your partner through rebuilding your relationship from the ground up focusing on areas where your relationship is struggling.
Dr. Rudd will create a supportive, compassionate and safe space for you and your partner to address gridlocked problems and develop a new culture of understanding, empathy and compassion for one another. You can expect homework outside session to practice the new strategies and incorporate them into a new way of being.
Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance for couples work: $190 for initial appointment, $165 for ongoing sessions. You can request your first appointment from my website at www.reflective-wellness.com.
