About
As a Certified Gottman Therapist, my goal is to use my creativity, energy and professional training to help couples become more emotionally intimate and achieve relational healing. I am passionate about healthy marriages and assisting couples to turn toward one another, effectively manage conflict and share life dreams.
I have been working with children, adolescents and adults for over 27 years. I have provided trauma-informed Mental health and substance abuse counseling interventions in multiple treatment settings, including schools, churches, community outpatient centers, jails, and hospitals.
My husband and I have been married 22 years, we have six children, five grandchildren and a dog named Atticus. I enjoy reading, taking walks on the bike path and doing around the house projects.
