About
My approach to working with couples, parents or individuals is rooted in the same principle: meeting people where they are in their process and building from there.
As there is no quick fix or one-size-fits all approach to the therapeutic journey, I look to my experience and the research-based skills I have utilized throughout my career and integrate them within the Gottman Method framework. I find this is not only effective for helping individuals identify what is meaningful and beneficial to them and their journey, but it is quite effective for tailoring support.
Whether a couple/individual is dealing with phase of life concerns, anxiety, trauma, attachment issues, infertility, grief or depression, and whether it is the result of past or present betrayal or loss, or a lifetime of uniquely held experiences, my goal is to work with clients towards expanding understanding for their healing or growth while cultivating skills that will help them sustain that growth.
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and my masters degree from Pepperdine University. I am also a member of the Psi Chi International Honors Society for Psychology. I am happy to address any questions or inquiries, so please feel free to reach out.
Thank you for your time and interest…I hope I may be of support and service in your journey towards growth and/or healing.
