I am a dedicated Gottman Trained Couple’s Therapist with over 8 years of experience in guiding individuals and couples toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Passionate about fostering strong connections and addressing underlying issues, I have received specialized training from the Gottman Institute, a globally renowned authority on relationships and marital stability.
With a deep understanding of the Gottman Method, I implement evidence-based interventions and techniques to help couples navigate communication challenges, rebuild trust, and revitalize their relationships. This approach combines conflict management and building friendship to promote emotional closeness.
With care and sensitivity I assist couples with infidelity by repairing the relationship injury and rebuilding the trust between them.
