Stuck? Life not going your way? Fighting with your partner rather than enjoying the relationship? Maybe I can help. I offer multicultural services for various kinds of relationships and for stressed, anxious and depressed individuals.

For relationship problems you can expect to learn skills to enhance your intimate friendship, manage conflict productively and explore the culture of your relationship. There are three phases in the process: an assessment to develop a customized treatment plan, an action program based on that treatment plan and a maintenance plan.

For individual problems you can expect to get back on track. We will focus together on your issues, assess why you're stuck, develop a plan for change and take the necessary action.

What about me? My PhD was earned from the University of Washington in 1990. A postdoctoral fellowship at the UW Medical Center - Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic provided training in the treatment of anxiety and depression. I was certified by The Gottman Institute. My competence is maintained through continuing education and consultation.

Let's talk.
