My approach to therapy is grounded in theory yet responsive to your distinct needs. We'll explore how culture affects your thinking and being, especially in navigating your intimate partner relationship.

In addition to the Gottman framework, I integrate EMDR, expressive arts, trauma-informed interventions, as well as wellness coaching.
