Provides online therapy
Has the arrival of a new baby left you feeling lonely and disconnected from your significant other? Do you miss the glow of intimacy and closeness you had in the beginning of your romance? Are you repeatedly having the same fight with your spouse? Are you leading separate lives that don't overlap beyond routine tasks?
I help couples to connect more deeply and grow together through major life transitions. If you long to bring more consciousness or warmth to your relationship, I will help you build a bridge towards each other. Maybe there has been a rift in the relationship from an affair or a long pattern of conflict. Past relational hurts, traumatic histories, and unmet bids for connection can undermine even the most loving relationships. In couples therapy we will address the past, foster constructive communication and expressions of love, while building a sense of shared purpose and understanding.
If you are in need of a warm, caring therapist who will work with you from a place of acceptance and compassion, please reach out. I am a trained Gottman therapist, and I also have Gottman certification in Treating Affairs and Trauma and Couples in Addictions Recovery.
Your relationship can be the greatest source of joy and satisfaction in your life, or a source of pain and distress. When it's clouded with unhappiness, how do you find the way back to the warmth of love and contentment?
Using the Gottman Method we will discover the strengths of your bond and what areas need attention. From our assessment work we will clear a path towards a new iteration of your relationship.
