During our life we experience changes in our lives. Some changes are wonderful and come with immense joy while others are traumatic and overwhelming. Either way change brings about a transition in you. You feel different as a result. Difficult change brings up difficult feelings and takes longer for you to transition through. This is where I can help. Couple counseling can help you move forward in your life. I value the pace and focus of my clients and their therapeutic process is important to me. My approach is client centered and I use the Gottman Couples Method level II, CBT when needed, and Narrative Therapy.
