About
For couples who appear successful on the outside — but know something essential is missing between them.
I work with couples who feel caught in recurring patterns, particularly where previous attempts at couples therapy haven’t led to meaningful change, as well as those who want to address difficulties before they deepen.
Many of the couples I support are high-functioning in other areas of life, but find their relationship has become strained, disconnected, or difficult to navigate.
My approach is grounded in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 3), refined through direct in-person training with Dr. John & Julie Gottman and specialist training in affair recovery through the Gottman Institute. I also draw on additional training with Terry Real and Stan Tatkin, integrating this within a body-centred, trauma-informed approach (including EMDR), helping couples identify and interrupt entrenched relational cycles, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change.
For couples seeking a more focused and immersive experience, I offer private 2-day intensive retreats across Europe, tailored to accelerate meaningful change and create real momentum.
I work with couples across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, often supporting international and cross-cultural couples navigating complex relational dynamics.
