I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in couples therapy based in Denver/Wheat Ridge. My passion lies in helping couples deepen their connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges with empathy and understanding. Relationships are complex and ever-evolving, and I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where partners can explore their emotions, patterns, and goals together.

My approach integrates evidence-based modalities tailored to each couple’s unique needs, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, and mindfulness practices. I believe that fostering emotional safety and authentic expression lays the foundation for healing and growth in relationships. Whether couples are facing recurring conflicts, trust issues, intimacy struggles, or transitions like blending families or adjusting to life changes, I support them in building stronger bonds.
