About
I am a hands on, collaborative, and teaching therapist, my philosophy is to make myself obsolete by facilitating loving and effective couple communication skill and healthy life habit development.
Using the Gottman Method, I provide an evidence-based approach to help couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect. Together, we’ll process the betrayal, identify emotional triggers, and develop tools for openness, accountability, and intimacy. You’ll learn how to turn toward each other, fostering a secure bond that stands strong.
Recovering from betrayal trauma is not easy. Both partners need to learn their jobs and regularly show up to do the work. I am here if you are ready to do that work, and I am ready to work alongside you. Betrayal trauma is the hardest and most destructive thing couples face, and you don't have to face it alone. Give me a call and we can get started.
