Therapy is an art. The art of dancing and working with couples requires knowledge, wisdom, experience, humor, and a part of the mind that can identify dynamics, read rhythms and find ways to create change. Dancing with you to find new ways to help your relationship heal and thrive is my approach. I use evidence-based practices as the Gottman method, Structural and Strategic Family therapy, person-centered approaches, Cognitive behavioral therapy, among others.
