About
Several years ago i determined I needed more specific marriage therapy training. I attended the Gottman Level 1 training and loved the concepts and research base behind it. Since then I have done 3 levels of Gottman Relationship Training as well as their training in affairs and trauma and addictions/recovery. In my work i also look beyond just the arguments couples have to how they interact, how they try to communicate and find common ground. Often our conflict is deeper than it appears on the surface and i work on helping you understand and communicate your deepest needs and find the best ways to communicate to one another.
