About
I approach therapy from a systemic, relational lens, helping individuals and couples understand the patterns that shape their experiences rather than viewing themselves as the problem. My work is grounded in creating a safe, affirming space where clients can feel comfortable showing up authentically and without judgment.
With couples, I integrate principles from the Gottman Method while maintaining a client-centered approach. I focus on strengthening emotional connection, increasing awareness of interactional patterns, and supporting partners in expressing needs and vulnerabilities in ways that foster understanding rather than conflict. I help couples move away from blame and toward curiosity, emphasizing collaboration and shared meaning.
My style is warm, conversational, and engaging. I draw from an array of systemic therapy interventions as a way to support clients in rewriting unhelpful narratives, deepening emotional bonds, and create lasting, meaningful change.
