Many couples can benefit from a safe space to be emotionally vulnerable with each other, whether you are experiencing a difficult period of conflict or you simply want to improve your connection with each other. In my clinic, the couple as a unit is the client. This means that I will act as a neutral third party that identifies gaps in understanding that would be harder for you to notice by yourself as individuals. My approach is driven completely by a large body of scientific research conducted over the span of 40 years about how to help couples succeed. This allows couples to take the guesswork out of improving their relationship so they can focus on gaining the right skills that will serve them well.
