About
I help couples move out of painful conflict patterns and toward greater understanding, trust, and connection. My work is grounded in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and supported by the Gottman Relationship Checkup and Relationship Builder, which help partners understand their patterns, build on their strengths, and make meaningful changes both in and between sessions.
I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work in a warm, direct, and collaborative way. My husband and I participated in Gottman couples therapy early in our marriage, and after 25 years together, I have a deep appreciation for the work of maintaining friendship, trust, and connection over time.
I especially enjoy working with couples with children, new parents, young families, empty nesters, and military families navigating major life transitions. As a military spouse, I also understand how deployments, reintegration, career shifts, and retirement can impact a relationship.
