About
I was born and raised on the island of Oahu and have recognized the need for couples counseling in Hawaii. I use the Gottman method due to its base in research and the effectiveness of the approach. I strive to encourage the couple as they go through the emotional processes of strengthening their relationship. I use Gottman method assessment tools to assist in developing a mutually agreed upon plan and interventions that are practiced in sessions to develop usefulness outside of sessions.
I have my License in Mental Health Counseling in the State of Hawaii. I have completed the Leader training for the Gottman 7 Principles course, and have completed the Level 3 training with the Gottman Institute.
