Whether your relationship is just in a rough patch or this is your last ditch effort to save it, we work together to develop a workable plan to get you and your partner out of negative communication patterns.

You may feel like you're the only one working, like your partner just can't get it, or like the tiniest look or comment triggers one another and derails all progress.

We combine Gottman and EFT methods to get to the root of problems, which are embedded in our communication patterns.

ABOUT US:
Seth (M.A., M.Div, M.Ed) is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate trained in the Gottman Method (Level 2). He utilizes Gottman and Emotionally Focused therapies and works with couples, leaders, parenting, trauma, and conflict.

My wife Beth (MSW, LCSW) is a licensed clinical therapist trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention. She specializes in parenting, adolescent counseling, and group therapy. She helps individuals get unstuck from anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict.

We do not process insurance, in order to provide the best services possible.

Standard rates are:

Individuals (1:1)
$150/hr

Couples (2:1) with Seth
1 hr session: $175
2 hr session: $350
2-day marathon intensive program with pre-assessment and followup: $2000

Couples (2:2) with Seth and Beth
1-hr session: $225
2-hr session: $450

We offer sliding scale rates for household income <$125k/yr.
