About

Relationships can be deeply rewarding, yet even strong couples can feel disconnected, stuck in recurring arguments, or unsure how to move forward. I help partners improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. Whether you're facing a major life transition, differing expectations, or growing distance, counseling can help you better understand each other and find a path forward.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I create a space where both partners feel heard and respected, without assigning blame. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and develop skills for navigating difficult conversations, repairing after disagreements, and strengthening friendship and intimacy.

I've completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I incorporate Gottman research and interventions alongside person-centered and solution-focused approaches. Sessions may include structured assessments, guided conversations, and exercises to practice between appointments. My goal is to help you make meaningful, lasting changes as a team.

I welcome couples at all stages of their relationships, whether you're working through ongoing challenges, navigating significant changes, or hoping to reconnect and strengthen your bond.

I offer in-person counseling at my Beacon Hill office in Seattle on Fridays and Saturdays, along with telehealth appointments Tuesday through Saturday for clients throughout Washington and in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Virginia, where I am authorized to practice.

I also offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to discuss your goals, answer questions, and explore whether we're a good fit.
