I trust in the power of strengthening our closest relationships as a way to create lasting and positive changes in our lives. Supporting couples to find ways to soften towards each other, heal old wounds, and feel more connected is what motivates me in this work.

Clients have described my approach as understanding, warm, strengths-based, and direct. I hold space for the depth of each partner's unique experiences and heartaches, as well as their strengths and challenges. I love to bring humor and celebrate growth along the way. I have been honored to learn alongside my clients as we bridge differing ages, cultures, orientations, occupations, and beliefs. I seek to affirm every person's experience, spiritual bleifs, and sexual orientations and identities.

Learning how to find peace and feel more connected requires us to sift through a lot of messages and old practices, to find what will serve us in building healthier relationships. I use insights and tools from the Gottman Institute to help couples find where they are getting stuck and build new pathways towards connection and understanding.

I find for that most couples, frontloading the work helps us get traction so that you can start feeling some relief or rejuvenation in your relationship sooner. I offer longer sessions and 2 day Intensives as options for couples wanting to dive in and move through months' worth of therapy in a few days.
