I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing therapy and counseling services in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Virginia with 20 years of experience. Utilizing the Gottman Method, I aim to help couples build stronger friendships, and manage differences respectfully while supporting their wishes and dreams, both as individuals and as a couple. This practical and down-to-earth approach for couples can be effective in any stage of the relationship- whether you are experiencing a major milestone, navigating a serious conflict or simply needing a relationship “tune up.”
