Before becoming a counselor, I spent 25 years in leadership and executive coaching, and that experience shapes how I work. Sessions are warm and collaborative, but also focused and goal-oriented, so you’ll leave with insight and something concrete to practice. Whether you’re navigating a crisis, feeling more like roommates than partners, or simply want to invest in a strong relationship, I’ll meet you where you are. I offer sessions in my Oklahoma City office, virtually, as well as 90-minute intensives for couples and families who want deeper, more focused work.
