I believe that extraordinary relationships and marriages are entirely possible. As a wife, I understand that relationships and marriages are amazing but require consistent work. As a couples therapist, I am passionate about teaching couples practical skills and tools to navigate the curveballs that life throws at us and how to build a partnership that is built to last. 

With an empathetic and down-to-earth approach, I help couples communicate clearly and effectively, connect authentically and plan for a future that honors their shared vision. I am Level 3 Trained in Gottman Method and teach these principles as the foundation for my work.

Couples I work with can expect a personalized approach with practical tools and strategies that fit their unique dynamic. As an affirming ally, I work with diverse couples and create a safe, supportive environment where couples can explore, understand and strengthen their relationships. I am anti-code switching and believe that one size does not fit all.
