I love working with couples trying to heal from past trauma, infidelity, lack of connection, communication problems and many more reasons why your relationship has lost the spark it once had. Having grown up in India and lived in the US for over 30 years, I have a profound understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on mental health. Using an eclectic and collaborative approach, we will draw out your strengths and equip you with the necessary tools to navigate life and relationships. A cohesive family unit is important to feel safe, loved, and happy. When necessary, I will work members of the family to implement change. Feelings can be scary, but unraveling what lies beneath them is the key to understanding yourself and your relationships. I aim to understand my client’ s emotions and provide a safe place for them to be seen and heard.
