I believe therapy should be a place where both partners feel heard, understood, and challenged in ways that foster growth. My approach is warm, and collaborative, while remaining grounded in compassion and evidence-based practice. I strive to create a space where couples can navigate difficult conversations, rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and deepen emotional connection.

I've been working with couples since 2019 and am Level 3 trained in the Gottman Method. I have also completed advanced training in Treating Affairs and Trauma in Couples, Gottman Couples and Addiction Recovery, and The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. I integrate Gottman Method principles with other evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each couple's unique relationship, values, and goals.

As a Black Caribbean Canadian psychologist, I'm passionate about increasing representation in the mental health field and providing culturally responsive care where all couples feel respected, understood, and supported. It is a privilege to walk alongside couples as they create stronger, healthier, and more connected relationships.
