Navigating relationships in today’s face paced and demanding world can be very challenging. Today’s couples face increased financial and mental health concerns as they try raising families and or strengthening their own relationships and following their individual dreams. I have worked with couples of all age ranges, and diverse backgrounds to help them reconnect and rebuild their relationships after facing life’s daily stressors, addiction, infidelity and frequent absences of a spouse due to deployments. I am also very passionate about helping adults who struggle with trauma either from military service or family or chronic trauma.

I believe in evidence-based approaches that are shown to make a long-term difference in people’s lives. I have advanced training in the Gottman method and Emotional Focused couples therapy and am certified in EMDR and am working towards certification in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy. Most importantly, we will work together towards your goals.I know many people have gone to therapy in the past and still feel like they’re spinning their wheels.
