I’m passionate about helping couples reconnect, communicate better, and create lasting intimacy. Using interventions from the Gottman Method, I guide partners in understanding each other more deeply and navigating challenges with care and respect. I strive to create a space where both people feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Whether you're facing conflict, distance, major life transitions, or betrayal, I believe healing and growth are possible when both partners are empowered to learn new skills.

My approach is collaborative and relational. In addition to couples work, I bring experience from over three years in residential treatment supporting individuals with substance use and related concerns. I also integrate tools from ACT, Eastern philosophy, and person-centered/esitential therapies.
