I work collaboratively with couples to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where each person feels heard, understood, and respected. Together, we identify meaningful therapeutic goals and explore the patterns that shape your relationship, communication, and emotional connection.

My approach is grounded in the evidence-based Gottman Method Couples Therapy and thoughtfully integrates elements of CBT, DBT, and ACT. This allows me to tailor the work to the unique needs of each couple while helping partners strengthen their friendship, deepen intimacy, improve communication, and navigate conflict in healthier, more effective ways. I support couples in recognizing and building on their existing strengths to foster trust, understanding, and lasting change.
