About

I love helping couples!! Are you stuck in conflict? Are you feeling lonely and distant from your partner? Are you recovering from an affair? Let me help! I obtained my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2005. I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years, in the capacity of a case worker, recreation therapist, adventure guide. I am now lucky enough to be a practicing therapist working mainly with couples in my virtual only private practice.
I love the chance to help couples improve their relationships and learn to function more as a team, and deepen their friendship. I can help couples work on long standing issues, which is often a huge relief to couples who have had the same fight about the same issue over and over again.

I am proud to be an Advanced Clinical Trainer with the Gottman Institute, which means I train other therapists in all 3 levels of the method and provide consultation for the certification track. I have been using the Gottman method to help couples for over 20 years now- Oh, how time flies!

My rates are:
$200 for 55 min sessions. Longer sessions are available and are often helpful in couples therapy. I also provide online intensive sessions. More info on those on my personal website.
I accept the Oregon Health Plan (Care Oregon)
