I specialize in: Neuroscience. PTSD. Trauma (current / past). Addictions. Grief and trauma. Anxiety and depression. Relationship issues. Anger and resentment. Then how these internal areas interfere with our relationships. I am EMDR, Faith-based and Theophostics trained. As I’ve provided work consultations in the military, I do professional coaching for individual / work / systems difficulties.

*The military places specific stressors on families, I’m retired with 23yrs active duty. I understand the perspective of service members, being the spouse, single parent, having children in the military, deployed, returning from deployment, retired veterans. I currently have various family members in the military and have 5 children, 5 grandsons.

I also understand typical family stressors where daily life worries can make things complicated. It can be overwhelming with additional sources of difficulties. Blended families with children have unique stressors. Children and extended families of different ages and backgrounds present unique types of challenges & opportunities.
