I also understand typical family stressors where daily life worries can make things complicated. It can be overwhelming with additional sources of difficulties that may involve anxiety, PTSD, trauma, addictions, etc. Blended families with children involved have unique stressors. Children and extended families of different ages and backgrounds present unique types of challenges & opportunities.

My unique approach comes from being dual licensed as both a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I blend your individual goals with proven researched approaches, designed to meet your desired results. I am EMDR & Theophostics trained.
