As a trauma-informed Certified Gottman Therapist and U.S. Air Force veteran with lived experience within high-pressure environments, Stephanie understands both professionally and personally the unique relational strain that can accompany sustained pressure. Her approach integrates clinical expertise with real-world understanding, creating a space where couples can move beyond survival mode and learn to thrive by building healthier patterns of connection, communication, and partnership that are sustainable long term.
