If your current way of communicating isn’t working for you or your relationship, I can help. I’m passionate about helping others to communicate in healthy ways with their partner, spouse, family member or coworker. I do this primarily by participating in Certification Consultation Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and using proven Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work. I am also a Gottman trained Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Leader. As a Seven Principles Leader, I can facilitate workshops, virtually or in person, for various groups and sizes.

I have experience in crisis and trauma counseling and provide relationship, family, and conjoint counseling. I currently participate in Certification Consultation Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which I use in my practice. I am also a Gottman Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Leader and can facilitate couples' workshops.
