I value effective and solution-focused therapy for couples, families and individuals across the lifespan. I help clients make important changes to their thinking and behavior patterns to feel more content and fulfilled in their lives. My goal is to help you develop insight and useful strategies to improve your life and relationships.
I work with couples using Gottman interventions. I utilize evidence-based treatment, including cognitive behavioral therapy, minfulness, and solution focused behavioral therapy, for depression, anxiety, eating and body image concerns, substance abuse, trauma, bereavement, relationship challenges and life stress. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive relationship in therapy.
I am available for San Diego for office appointments, home visits, and throughout CA for teletherapy. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking, yoga, and meditation
