I have been in the field for 25 years and in private practice for 15 years. I love to help couples facilitate conversations that maybe they would normally avoid or find too taboo to talk about. I have found that the data driven, research based, reliable and valid Gottman interventions to be incredibly effective with couples.

I love to work with couples who have just met, couples who are looking to commit, couples with children of all ages, empty nesters and retired couples. I find couples in any developmental stage a pleasure to work with.

I wouldn’t be in this business if I didn’t think people were capable of making the necessary shifts to create the relationship of their choosing. While it’s wonderful to work with couples who are proactive and look to improve their relationship early on, I never believe it’s too late to work on the relationship.

As an empty nester myself, I bring a lot of work and life experience to the table. My goal with couples is to have a good relationship with both partners in order for the work to feel more supported. I am the last person in the room to give up on the relationship!

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado since 2011. I have a certificate in couples and family therapy and have clocked numerous hours of professional training and experience.
